The primary difference between "Standard" and "Premium" pool lines lies in the materials used, the thickness of the pool walls, and the warranty period. "Premium" models feature thicker walls (25-26 mm) for increased durability compared to "Standard" models (6-9 mm).

Additionally, "Premium" pools come with an extended warranty of 15 years, as opposed to 10 years for "Standard" pools, making them more resistant to external factors and ensuring a longer lifespan.

50% of the amount shall be paid within the first week after the signing of  the purchase agreement. The other 50% shall be paid no later than 5 working days before the estimated delivery date.

The recommended pH range for pool water is 7.2-7.8.

You can test it with pH test strips or test kits.

Pools will need to be drained and refilled every 5-7 years, or if there is a major necessary repair. Otherwise, avoid draining your pool if possible.

You should turn it on regularly to dry out any condensation within the light cavity.

The following seasonal operating costs should be expected:

• Water costs to fill the pool at the beginning of the season: 100% of the volume at the first use of the pool and 50% in subsequent seasons.
• Electricity costs to power the pool's electrical equipment.
• The cost of chemicals to maintain pool disinfection standards.

If the devices for automatic dosing of chemical disinfectants are installed, they need to be checked and adjusted once a month, in some cases a technician may need to inspect the pool.

At the end of the season, 50% of its volume should be drained to protect the pool.

It will be delivered to your address. You will then need to order a crane and get a permit (if required) to install the pool.

You can install the pool yourself with our manual or for additional payment, we can install it ourselves. Alternatively we can send one of our specialist who will help and consult you during installation process.

We offer each of our frame pools as a complete product including the installation kit and a water filter. It can be equipped with additional equipment in accordance with your preferences and will be delivered to you completely ready to use. All that is required of you is to prepare the base for the pool installation and supply electricity depending on the requirements of the internally installed equipment.

We would like to point out that we offer frame swimming pools in various shapes and forms.

Depending on the size of the pool shape you choose the pool can be delivered ready to use or assembled by us on the site, in which case we will have to make sure we comply with goods transport regulations.

We offer a bathtub durability guarantee: 10 years for a standard pool and 15 years for a premium pool, provided that the pool is used in accordance with our instruction manual.

The quality guarantee for roofs, terraces, and garages is 2 years according to § 438 para. 1 no. 3 BGB.

The guarantee for externally supplied pool equipment is provided by the equipment manufacturers and is included in the pool-set documents upon delivery.
